I planted them at easter and noted one of the blubs had a shot but nothing is showing in the tub yet is it to early
unfortunately, your photo did not come through. As long as your container has plenty of drain holes to allow extra water out, then it should be about time, though I am not very familiar with the climate in your country.
Here are some articles that will help you to grow the plants:

The Dahlias were just 6 inches tall when my husband cut them down. Will they come back shortly or are they gone for this year?
They may not come back fully prolific this year, but if the tubers aren't damaged, they should be fine next year. However, depending upon your growing region, they might surprise you and bloom this year despite the injuries. It may just be a waiting game.

Hi! I just planted 3 new Dahlia zhysomes in large pots 2 days ago. I’m wondering how much to water them? Do they need to be constantly wet, or will this be too much & cause rot? They are in full sun. Thank you.
Water until it runs out of the container's drainage holes, then don't water again until the soil is completely dry down to about 2 or 3 inches.
This will not be on a schedule, and will only need to be watered after the soil dries down to that depth. This article will help you with their care:

I planted two different kinds of dahlias in pots planning to plant them out in June. I got distracted during potting and now I'm not sure which set is which. Is there a way to tell by the foliage or tuber size? One set is Ryan, the other is Sakura Orange.
You will probably have to wait until they flower. It is best to label to remember which plant is which.

The plant and buds are beautiful, but when the flowers open they are not pretty and seem to die as quickly as they open.
There are quite a few problems that can cause these symptoms. These articles will help you to start troubleshooting your issue:

I have a small bed at the back of the garden that only has a few dahlias, geraniums and one peony growing. I need someone at the back of the bed that pads out the area and gives a bit of height. My soil is slightly acidic and the bed is mostly in full sun.
You don't mention what USDA zone that you are in so it will be a guess at what will do well in your area, but I will include one of our articles that may help, here:
