What Can I Pad My Bed Out For

Question

I have a small bed at the back of the garden that only has a few dahlias, geraniums and one peony growing. I need someone at the back of the bed that pads out the area and gives a bit of height. My soil is slightly acidic and the bed is mostly in full sun.
