My Jolla plant is quite large and 5-6 yrs old. It grew lots this summer and seemed to blow endlessly in our hotter than usual weather. But this winter even with full spectrum light, it is going bald :( dropping lvg everyday. I water once a week. it is well back fr any chill a window might yield. I recently moved it to a LED grow light area hoping that might help. Yikes, it is one of my favorites. Ideas??
I'm not aware of a plant by that name. The only thing that comes to mind is "La Jolla" which is a type of Bougainvillea.
It could be that it is in need of repotting or feeding if it does not get fertilized often.

I planted two pink bougainvilleas last spring and they bloomed beautifully. Winter temps froze and the leaves dried up. Are my plants dead?
Your plants should spring back unless the roots froze. They can withstand a light freeze but not a hard freeze. Cut back any dead leaves and stems and if they survive, consider some special care for next winter. Here's an article that will help:

Have five bougainvillea plants in the ground for approx 10-12 yrs and they either don’t bloom or bloom really late in the summer. Have tried fertilizer BR61 with little effect. They are in full sun.

broken but nothing seems to be growing. What can I feed them to encourage growth?
They need to be fed with a balanced all purpose fertilizer at half the normal dosage. Here's an article to help:

I moved from a pot to the ground 2 years ago. Last month march new growth the vines are thicker then a pencil Leaves are larger then my hand now How do I get the 15 to do the same?
You will have to find out, exactly, what is different with that plant. Maybe it has a little more/less shade, or protection from the wind?
In order to get them all to look as they should, they will need the best care. This article will help:

Just planted the Bougainvillea and it looks like the branches are dying and no new flowers. The leaves are turning yellow on the Lilac but at least it is flowering.
If this is a fresh planting, then I would chalk it up to transplant shock. Overwatering will make this worse, so keep the soil slightly moist, but don't water it unless it is almost dry.
