1 Of 15 Bougainvillea Is Growing HUGE Leaves, Why?

I moved from a pot to the ground 2 years ago. Last month march new growth the vines are thicker then a pencil Leaves are larger then my hand now How do I get the 15 to do the same?

You will have to find out, exactly, what is different with that plant. Maybe it has a little more/less shade, or protection from the wind?
