Q.Jolla Plant Dropping Lvg

Zone wasilla , alaska | pswallinalaska@gmail.com added on February 19, 2020 | Answered

My Jolla plant is quite large and 5-6 yrs old. It grew lots this summer and seemed to blow endlessly in our hotter than usual weather. But this winter even with full spectrum light, it is going bald 🙁 dropping lvg everyday. I water once a week. it is well back fr any chill a window might yield. I recently moved it to a LED grow light area hoping that might help. Yikes, it is one of my favorites. Ideas??

I'm not aware of a plant by that name. The only thing that comes to mind is "La Jolla" which is a type of Bougainvillea.

It could be that it is in need of repotting or feeding if it does not get fertilized often.
