The leaves are turning yellow. I don’t think I over water, as I water them when the leaves droop
It looks to be natural decay. Sometimes feeding them a little bit will help to remedy this.

My peace lily is well watered and fertilized but never produces white flowers. What's wrong?
There are a few things that could be wrong here. My first guess would be overfertilization. Using something high in nitrogen, but not enough phosphorus and potassium can cause a lack of flowers. Over watering, could be the culprit as well.
This article will give you some insight to what can cause lack of blooms: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/peace-lily/peace-lily-blooming.htm
This has been over the past 12 months or so, first a few leaves in a plant or two then in more and more plants, grown in almost full shade in self watering pots under a mango tree. My plants get fed seasol occasionally and I mostly use tank water on them.
Is it possible more sun is getting through than you know? Direct sun can cause streaking on peace lily leaves. If yours is dappled shade there could be direct sun getting through. Here is more information on the care of peace lilies.

My Peace Lily has been wonderful up till now, but the leaves have become a black colour at the tips and eventually die off. Anyone with any ideas as to what is happening to it please.
There are several possibilities, but go ahead and cut out the dark leaves. Overfertilization or a mineral buildup is possible. Only fertilize every few months with a weak solution. If there is a mineral buildup, i.e., you have hard water, try using bottled water.
Let the leaves just start to go limp before you water. Overwatering and underwatering tend to cause yellow leaves that turn brown or black.
The two most common diseases of peace lily cause root rot. Try repotting your plant in fresh potting soil and if the roots look like they are rotting, cut off the damaged roots.
I am attaching some troubleshooting articles for peace lilies. Read them over and see if you are supplying all its cultural needs: indirect light, proper watering, humidity, temperature between 65 and 80 degrees F. Also check the leaves for spider mites, mealy bugs and scale.

Thank you for your helpful advice Susan. I did repot it and threw away any bad leaves, but unfortunately the repotted part is now looking unwell. The leaves are going black, so I think it is time now to buy another one.
I had someone recommend and plant ixoras in my front yard about 2 years ago; now with the rains and watering they have grown out but not up. They remain low to the ground, some have even dried up and died. I also have an area with a variety of plants -- Peace lilies, designer plant, a ponsietta, etc. They all additionally have gone rogue. I need help clearing out the clutter and training the ixoras to grow straight up
Actually, from the photos, it doesn't look as bad as I first envisioned. You just need to dig out the plants you don't want.

Your ixora shrubs need moderate to slightly acidic soil in a sunny situation. If they don't get enough light, they may sprawl. Try pruning to encourage more growth. They should grow 4 to 6 feet. Here are care tips:

new growth. What is causing this and how can I treat it?
The problem with your peace lilies may be due to overwatering or, perhaps, to being exposed to a cold environment. Another possibility is a fungus or blight, which would require treatment with some type of fungicide. You may want to take one of the blackened leaves to a local nursery or extension service for help in determining the best remedy.
Here are a couple of good articles on how to care for your beautiful plant:

I bought a peace lily 3 months ago and it has been doing fine up until the past few weeks. I noticed that a few leaves died and one of the two flowers was brown and wilting. I cut that flower off at the base but the second one is beginning to turn brown as well. There are also 2 leaves with small holes in it. Originally I thought I was over or under watering it but now I'm wondering if it has a pest or disease. The plant has always been indoors so I'm not too sure if that is it either. Thanks for the help!
This sounds like a fungal infection starting, which is usually caused by overwatering, or soil remaining too wet for too long. Mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with 1 cup of water next time you water the plant. This will kill off anything lurking in the soil.
After this, you will want to only water when the top two inches of soil are completely dry. This will prevent issues in the future.
