There are numerous do-it-yourself bug spray recipes, and I've included more information below. To be sure it won't harm your plant, test it on a small area first and wait a day or two to see how your plant responds. Also, homemade sprays may not be effective against all pests. Good luck!

If your product is "70% Neem Oil" (clarified hydrophobic extract of neem oil), a standard mixing rate is one ounce (2 tablespoons) per gallon of water. Use preventively, it's not effective for control of an active pest infestation or advanced fungal infection

Many plants are very sensitive to vinegar. It is a very effective herbicide to kill plants and weeds. It is best to test any recipe on a VERY SMALL part of the plant first to see how each one responds. This recipe will not work for any plant that is even slightly sensitive.

I recommend many other pesticide methods before vinegar. This article will help you to craft pest control methods that are safe for all plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/organic/natural-home-pesticides-organic-garden-pest-control.htm
