Q.How can we stop the caterpillars on this plant?

The caterpillars are eating all the leaves and we’re not sure how to stop them, they are quite literally stripping the plants! I don’t know the name of the plant but it’s lovely when it flowers with bell type flowers hanging beneath the leaves.
Any suggestions very much welcome.
