All I have left of it is the stump, can I revive it? If so, how? Any info will help. Thanks
What conditions led up to your ficus bonsai losing its leaves?
Here is an article that discusses why ficus tree lose their leaves and courses of treatment:

If none of the information in the above article resonates with you, then I would examine your tree's root system to determine if it has become pot-bound (if so, re-pot in larger pot) and to see if it still has a healthy root system. Examine the roots for signs of rot, such as discoloration and a mushy texture. If there is evidence of rot you will want to prune away the damaged roots and re-pot your ficus in fresh soil.
Additionally, I would read the following article for a refresher on ficus care and make sure you are doing everything right:

I've had the tree for a while now. Good watering schedule, lots of new growth, fertilize half strength monthly during the spring and summer, mist it a few times daily, rotate the pot 1/4 weekly for even growth. It's doing well, but can I get any sparse areas to fill in better by pruning? If you look at the pic, it was heavily pruned before I bought it. I want the branches to do their own natural thing, but most were all cut off at the tip and the tree grew new sprouts in other directions. Was thinking about putting it outside for the summer too. North side of the house so it doesn't get too much direct sun. Worried about bringing pests in the house at the end of summer though. Anyone have any insight? I've read about every link on the internet about ficus trees and know enough to keep it heathy, I just want it to look good from all sides and seem natural. Thanks.
It looks like your an excellent Ficus grower!
The care is spot on.
I do believe your concerns about outdoor insects are warranted. When the dry summer weather hits, it can be an open invitations to spider mites and others insects.
I personally don't like to take my indoor plants outdoors unless it's in a screened in type room.

I have a ficus tree that's around ten years old. This past winter it lost all its leaves. I've put new dirt in the pot and have it in a sunny corner of my house, but it hasn't got any of its leaves back. Is there anything I can do to help it or is it dead? I need help with caring for my tree. Is there plant food I can give it? A mineral they like? Help.
If your ficus has lost all of it's leaves and the stems snap if you bend them your plant may have died.
If you can bend them or if you see green if you scratch the branches there may be life left in your plant.

One leaf fell off my tree that has some sort of yellow streak or marks on it. Tree has lots of new growth, well taken care of and never drops leaves. Watered when first two inches of soil dry, fertilized monthly half strength during spring and summer, rotated 1/4 turn weekly, misted 5 times per day, has drainage holes and is watered with a full flush each time. Never stands in its own water either. No bugs. Sits in a southern facing window. Any ideas? Or should I not worry? This is the only leaf it has dropped in about 6 months.
It is normal for a ficus tree to lose some leaves. A few leaves dropping off a ficus tree will not hurt it and they will regrow. So, I would not worry.
If your ficus does start losing more leaves, then you can be pro-active by reading the following article on the reasons why:

My Ficus is 10 years old and has always been beautiful. I trimmed it last spring (Ohio) and this year it is very woody. It has leaves on it but it's not full the way it always was. It looks bad because all you notice is the stems, as it's so sparse looking. I was going to just cut it way back and see what happens but I thought better of that until I looked further into it. Please let me know what to do with my "woody" 5' tree. I keep it in the house in the winter, of course, as Ohio is very cold in the winter. I put it on the deck in the spring through summer.
If and when it's necessary to prune your ficus it's best to do so in it's dormant months.
Moving the plant and environmental changes all effect a ficus. Allow it plenty of time to acclimate to it's new spring and summer home.
Provide all the proper care that is listed in the link below. It may take some time but I think you should be able to get your plant filled back out.

When I moved my ficus tree, true to form it dropped leaves. Most of the dropped leaves have ended up in the pot. I left the leaves thinking that they may help keep moisture in the soil. Any thoughts?
