I irrigated my plants with a banana cover soaked water, suddenly it turns like burned in the same day

Certified ExpertA.Using banana water is a questionable practice to fertilize plants. Water cannot break down the nutrients like composting can. In addition, banana farmers use pesticides on their bananas which may have lingered on the peels. That could be what burned your plants.
Water them well to try to flush out any remaining chemicals.
