Have over 30 of these white spruce in the backyard and noticed them all turning yellow within the last couple of weeks. Not sure what to do with them.
This will be, usually, due to overly wet soils. Such conditions will not allow proper gas exchange to the roots.
Sometimes, the new growth will appear yellow, but this doesn't seem to be the case, here. Older growth turning will signify root damage.
You may want to incorporate a biofungicide for areas that will remain wet for long periods of time. This article will help:

Hello.. I live in a block of flats and someone had a mini christmas tree that they threw out. It was looking quite healthy in the pot with it's needles still green. It's now been replanted outside in the shared garden and to start with all the needles turned brown and fell off, but now it has started to look green and healthy at the ends of each branch... but the body of the tree the needles are still brown. Will this survive? Is it a good sign that the ends of the branches are starting to come back to life or are the ends taking all the nutrients? Will it ever grow?
Since I don't know what kind of tree it is, I'm going to guess that it's a pine tree. You need to prune it to remove the dead branches and needles. Here's an article with tips: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/pine/pine-tree-pruning.htm
This conifer was planted by my late father which makes it over eleven years old. Last year this strange growth appeared roughly 4.5ft above ground level. Could you please tell me what is happening and should I remove it?
Yes, you should remove it. The tree must have been grafted and a stem from below the graft is growing. Always remove suckers as soon as you see them so they don't overtake the tree.

I have a potted blue spruce I need to plant but the days are in the low to mid 90s. Is it too hot to plant or should I wait until fall? Thank you.
Since you have the plant I would go ahead and plant it. Ideally, you shouldn't plant when it is that hot, but leaving it in the container outside all summer seems worse to me. The only thing is: don't forget about it. In this temperature, it will need to be watered more often till it is established. I would water every couple of days to start. Also, if the sun is blazing hot all day with no clouds, you might consider a shade cloth for a few weeks for part of the day.
Hi there, do you have any idea what has caused the damage to several of the branches near the top of the spruce tree I have - (see images). I look forward to a positive answer.
I would research these possibilities: drought stress, poor soil conditions, high humidity (may be causing fungal diseases), canker or pests like aphids.
This is in Santaquin county, Utah.
You didn't mention whether this is a baby tree, a bare root tree or a mature tree, but generally speaking, it's best to plant either in the fall or during the tree's dormant season. This article should help:
