Q.White Spruces Dying

Have over 30 of these white spruce in the backyard and noticed them all turning yellow within the last couple of weeks. Not sure what to do with them.

This will be, usually, due to overly wet soils. Such conditions will not allow proper gas exchange to the roots.

Sometimes, the new growth will appear yellow, but this doesn't seem to be the case, here. Older growth turning will signify root damage.
