I just started an orchard of soursop, but I initially planted two trees. One of the trees produced some buds and after a week or so they will fall off.
This article explains all the right conditions for growing healthy soursop trees and avoiding leaf drop. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/soursop/soursop-tree-care.htm
Why the Sour sop flowers do not produce fruits they just fall off
Unfortunately, this can have many causes. The first thing to consider will be the age of the tree. Young, or newly planted trees will take a few years of adjusting before they will produce reliably.
If the tree is well established, then next will be watering habits. The soil needs to be moist, but not wet. Dry soil is not good for the trees, nor is wet soil. Letting the soil dry out down to about an inch to two inches will suffice.
Last thing to consider will be soil nutrients. Blossom drop can mean that there is a deficiency in potassium or phosphorus. It can happen when there is too much nitrogen in soil, or it is too acidic, as well.

I live in florida have soursop for last 5 years. I think it is grafted since very first year it's giving flowers but never give the fruits.
This can happen when any of the environmental conditions that the tree requires is off, or not quite right.
Make sure that you check soil pH and nutrient content, very first. If any of these factors is off, then it can prevent proper fruiting.

See the photo..the tree is infected with some kind of disease. Fungicide recommendations please. Thanks
It may be anthracnose, which is common in high humidity. The disease cannot be cured in the current season, but destroying affected foliage or fruit, and picking up dropped leaves and destroying them can help prevent the spread of the disease the next year. Copper fungicides can help prevent the disease in the future.

I have a soursop tree that is about 6+ years old. I did hand pollinating on those flowers that I can reach. Its been producing fruits nicely. Those batches that I did hand pollinating sometime in June onwards are bearing fruits and a lot of them too. But recently I notice that some of the fruits seems to stop growing bigger (its about 4"/10cm in length) while other fruits (from the same tree) are growing normally. Some fruits that appears later seems to start over taking it in size. May I know what could be the problem and is there anything I can do about it? Refer to photo.. 'A' - growing normally 'B' - fruited much later than 'C' but is catching up on its size. 'C' - seems to stop growing in size. Thank you for you time. .
Please refer to the above questions with photo. Sorry for the error.

This can be normal for the first fruits to be less than ideal. Later flushes will usually be of better quality and size.
To be sure, you should test your soil for pH swings or deficiencies. These articles will help:

Hi, In Colombia, they wrap the fruit in plastic, before ripening. I have done that here in Queensland, but they went dark. Is it moisture ? .
Did you cut the corners of the bags to allow moisture to escape? That could be the problem.
