Q.Soursop black spots

See the photo..the tree is infected with some kind of disease. Fungicide recommendations please. Thanks

It may be anthracnose, which is common in high humidity. The disease cannot be cured in the current season, but destroying affected foliage or fruit, and picking up dropped leaves and destroying them can help prevent the spread of the disease the next year. Copper fungicides can help prevent the disease in the future.
