It is probably time to move them inside. If you can obtain a bottle of a product called Super Thrive I recommend doing so. It is available on Ebay if not locally. Watering the roses with this product in the water will help them deal with the shocks and stresses of being moved indoors. There are many times some stress signs when moving them indoors, such as the leaves turning yellow and falling off. Be sure not to over water them, just moist soils. Buy a moisture meter if you do not have one so you know when watering is really needed. If the location placed does not seem to be what they need, you will want to set up an area with a grow light or grow lights to get them through the winter period.

Yes they can. But be sure it is a good sized pot and be sure that the pot has drainage holes in it so that excess water can escape.

The rainy season would be a great time for the move in that the grounds moisture content would be good to help promote the root system growth. Rather than having the sun beating on the moved roses while they are trying to get their root systems going. Give them a good root stimulator when planted and a product called Super Thrive if you can obtain it where you are. Both work together to get the root system going and help them deal with any transplant shock and stress.

If you do not have room in your current fridge for the seeds, perhaps look at buying another one that is on a garage sale or listed in the paper for a reasonable price. If that is not an acceptable option, try to find a good very cool to cold place outside or in an out building and make a place for the trays, cover them so birds and such cannot get to them if outside. The outside or outbuilding storage for the cool to cold period is how it is done by mother nature and should work just fine.

They need to be transplanted to larger pots or containers that have drainage holes in the bottom. The root systems need room to grow and develop. Then once all danger of frost has passed in your area transplant them to their garden or rose bed locations. When transplanting them to the pots, water them in with some water that has a product called Super Thrive in the water. It helps them deal with transplant shock and stress. The same thing should be done when transplanted to their garden homes only add some root stimulator to the same water at that time. Continue watering the garden transplants with such mix for the next 5 to 6 waterings. Enjoy!!

In what zone do you live? I think your rose might be getting cold in the pot. Just plant is as soon as possible and protect from winter cold. You can read my article about protecting roses from cold here: https://vibrantgardenblog.wordpress.com/2016/11/25/how-to-prepare-roses-for-winter-gardening-tips/

Other reason for yellowing rose leaves might be lack of nutrients or not enough water.

    I hope it help.
