This Golden plum tree is already 15 years old, since 2 years ago it looks weaken year after the other year, I live in california(Southeast side from SF), we experienced drought for many (7)years, texture of soil more like clay/loamy soil, did soil drainage test, 2 inch drop every hour, this year not many fruits produced, and those plums look so small and the leaves look like some kind of deficiency? many branches are die back, gummy stuff leaking on the trunk, can anyone tell me what is going of my golden plum tree? what kind of disease on the branches and the gummy stuff on the trunk? Can I still save my tree (use any methods) or I should cut it down? Please help, urgent!
This tree could have black knot disease. Here's a link to an article that explains the possible diseases that may be present: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/plum/plum-tree-diseases.htm
I recommend you take a sample of a small branch like this to your local garden nursery or extension agency to find out the best way to treat the tree.
My Santa Rosa plum tree blossoms are falling and it looks like the center was eating out. Have you ever heard of anything like this?
This is normal. The important parts of the flowers are left behind on the tree to, hopefully, produce fruit! These trees are self-fertile, as well. Here are some articles to help you with plum care:

The solution needs to be non-toxic as I have two small pigs which can access this tree
I didn't find anything that was non-toxic but there are hormone growth regulators you can spray on the tree while blooming that interrupts the fruit set. There is a precautionary statement that it is hazardous to humans and domestic animals. Here is more information if you would like to read about them. At the end are some makers of the product, you just have to google it to find info.

Tree 6 years old I have only ever had 2 plums. Hard shrivelled discs after flowers
Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. This can happen for many reasons, from nutrient deficiencies to pH imbalances. Insects can be another cause of deformed flowers or buds.
In the meantime, this article will offer some suggestions on the issue:

ing left. 6 of my trees had a lot of flower blooms that looked like they were turn into satsumas then the fruit just disappeared. Two tree are actually developing into small satsumas that look ok now. Trees are 3 to 4 years old and all produced good last year. I haven't noticed any insects or worms.
I'm wondering if you have birds or squirrels or other rodents that may have discovered your plums. If they are cleanly gone and not just chewed upon, it's certainly a puzzle. Have you found them on the ground? Here are two articles that may help:

I inherited a plum tree when I moved home. It hadn’t been planted that many years but had been neglected. I had it pruned professionally last year but can’t remember precisely when. The tree had loads of plums last year. It’s now developed rather a lot of longish need foliage and is losing its shape. Is it okay to cut these off now? Any other advice please? Thank you.

considering they're both in the same genus or what have you will a plum tree and a cherry tree be able to pollinate each other? I have a small yard and don't want 2 plum or 2 cherry trees but would like one of each.
No, they are different species, so they won't cross pollinate. Most cherry trees need a pollinator but only about half of plum trees do. So be sure to ask at the nursery so you get a plum that is self-fruitful.
On the cherry, be sure to get a second cultivar of the same species that blooms at the same time.
