I dug up a peony that was in a shaded spot, not doing well. It had lots of tubers that came apart easily, but only one eye on one of the tubers! what should I do with all the "storage" tubers? I have no problem with using them just for foliage in some spots. I have seen tiny plants come up from pieces of tubes before. I wonder if the tubers will grow eyes eventually. Thanks
They can, sometimes! There is no harm in trying. It sounds like they may have remained too wet for too long.
You can try planting them in containers, being mindful to let them dry out down to about 2 inches between each watering. Once they are established (If they sprout well) then you can move them to the location of your choosing.

It’s October. Why is my peonie sending up shoots & new leaves. What should I do? Zip code 94592 Thanks
You are in hardiness zone 9b with minimum temperatures averaging 25 to 30 degrees F. Peonies are more of a cool weather flower but usually do fine through zone 8. I would go ahead and cut them to the ground as usual.

I ordered six peony plants from a company which I just received. Is there some way that I can winterize them because it snowed and I'm unable to plant them in the ground. Same thing with lily bulbs. My zone is 6. I need some advice. thank you in advance.
These are, usually, best planted in Autumn. They do enjoy the cold weather, but it may be a little too late to plant right now. Most of the time, long term storage doesn't do well for these tubers. You can make an attempt at storing with standard bulb storage technique, but they don't always make it. Storing them in dry soil, in container can be a semi-safe bet, as well.

They were planted under a tree that grew too. big . Need to be moved to a sunnier location.
If they bloom at all under the tree, I would wait till after the next bloom to move them. They don't like to be moved, and it may be a few years before they bloom again. They can either be transplanted as a whole or divided out. This article will give you more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/peony/dividing-peony-plants.htm
I ordered them from a nursery and they were sent in the fall but I was unable to plant them so I do not know if I should wait until next fall or plant them in the spring. They are still in their original shipping boxes and packaging.
Yes, they can be planted in spring just fine. They aren't really too picky about the cold. It is the heat that they cannot tolerate. I am concerned they are still in boxes. Always remove plants from boxes as soon as you receive them.

The zipcode that you gave was for Arizona, and that particular part is zone 6. Your question was for Florida, however. Maybe this was a mistake, or you are asking for someone in Florida.
They will do quite well in your area, and are hardy outdoors. As for central Florida- If the area is in zone 9 or above, then the answer is no or at least not very well.

Should I soak my tree peony bulb before planting?
Yes, you can soak the roots for about 30 minutes before planting. You should receive instructions on how to plant the peony from your vendor. I would follow those instructions.
