About caring, pruning and others
We do not recommend specific products, but you should check out book-related websites online for agriculture books.
For the second year in a row, (bought the property just last year), my Tree is laden but they are always hard. I do not have this issue with any of the other fruit trees in the garden. There is plenty of fruit, and they are actually quite enormous... but they just don't seem to ripen on the tree. I ended up giving them away to the local Monkey Haven last year.. and I am about to do the same this year. Please tell me if you have any ideas. They look perfect but taste awful becausse they are clearly NOT ripe. The only ones that have dropped... have rotted before they ripen... don't understand.
These pears are a bit finicky. They don't set fruit all that well, and if this is a young tree then you can expect the first few years of harvest to be of poor quality and quantity.
The first thing to check will be soil fertility and pH. These articles will help you to do so:

I have an 8 years old Nashi pear and black plum trees. They have never produced a single fruit in this 8 years period. I’ve seen few flowers on them just not fruits. I have other fruit trees in the property like mangoes, peaches, figs and more. They have fruits with no problem. Please help. What should I do? Should I get rid of them or can they be saved? Thanks June
Compare these cultural conditions with yours:

These pears have a chilling requirement. Your location wasn't clear to know whether you get cold weather. Plus, Asian pears need more than one tree for pollination.

Hi! In an article published on your site (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/tgen/wet-soil-trees.htm) it is stated that pear trees grow well in wet soil, however most other guides and tips to growing pear trees I find state that pear trees enjoy well drained soil. I have some very wet soil which I would love to make productive and pretty with pear trees, so I was wondering if you could provide some tips and tricks for caring for pear trees in wet soil?
The answer is, they do well if both conditions are met. I'm going to paste a quote here from Penn State University to help:
"Pear trees require a deep, well draining soil with a pH of 6–7 and will grow in sandy, medium or heavy soil. Pear trees are the most tolerant of all fruit trees of wet soils but roots should not be waterlogged for more than a few days at a time."

I read about the different groups of pear trees that cross pollinate with each other. But could not find the list of the groups. where is that at? Thanks.
As long as you pick pear trees that flower at the same time you should be OK. In my research, I couldn't find one place that listed all varieties for each group. Possibly because the lists change often with new cultivars. However, if you have one variety already and want to buy another you can search online for varieties that pollinate that certain pear tree. Or just ask at the nursery. Tell them what you have and you need another in the same group (or flowers at the same time).
