Not sure if we should leave these flowers to die back then cut of just leave if of cut off now ? Thanks
It depends on the type of palm, but most are self cleaning. Usually, leaving it is best.
Hi, I purchased 2 palms a couple of months ago. One has got brown leafs now and I'm not sure why. Can you tell me the name of the palm if you recognise it and how often I should water them please?. Thank you.
The closest I can find is the Chilean Wine Palm. You can remove the lower, dead fronds. Experts suggest waiting till spring to remove them.

Hi, My palm has two new fronds that are developed for about 5-6 months, but doesn't open. In the mean time, old leaves are turning brown. Please help!
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. Depending on the type of palm, and how the damage appears, it could be many things from deficiencies to infections. Without seeing the damage, I will be unable to determine the cause of the damage.
These articles will help you to test your soil for pH imbalances, or deficiencies, which will be your first step:

Have already trimmed fronds...when can I trim off flowers?
We'd need to know what kind of palm you have. Here's a link with info on many different types; maybe your answer is there. If not, please write again and include the name of your palm.

Can I plant begonias around palm tree with pottin soil built up around tree a bit
Sure! You can try planting several things around, and you may be surprised what will do just fine! Here are some articles for more information:

My Nikau Palm (native NZ palm) was doing alright during the last months after purchasing. Although, in the last days, it started to die. Its leaves went brown and smaller. It seems that it has some problem. Is it possible that I caused this by giving the palm too much water or what can be the issue?
It seems that you, already, have a good idea of what the problem is. The solution will come in the form of two things.
First, you will want to treat with a fungicide. This article will help:
https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/using-fungicides-in-garden.htm
Next will be proper watering. Watering should never be done on schedule. Watering should only be done once the soil dries, completely, down to about 2 inches. If there is any moisture, at all, down to this depth then you will want to hold off on watering. You can either check with your finger, or a moisture meter (which will be far more accurate).
Here is an article that will help you with fungicide use:

Since this species only occurs in NZ, there is not a whole lot of information available on the palm. In order to know what the perfect care routine will be, it will be necessary to know, exactly, what area it came from.
This article will give you a, general, idea of palm care, indoors:

What do you recommend as a watering and feeding cyle for a Palm plant. I live in Santa Clara, Ca.
It depends on the type of palm. Here is a general care guide for palms, though many palms have a much different means of care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/palms-trees/palm-tree-planting-outdoors.htm
