Why has my palm tree gone brown?

Hi, I purchased 2 palms a couple of months ago. One has got brown leafs now and I’m not sure why. Can you tell me the name of the palm if you recognise it and how often I should water them please?. Thank you.

The closest I can find is the Chilean Wine Palm. You can remove the lower, dead fronds. Experts suggest waiting till spring to remove them.
