    I'm not sure what your question refers to. If you mean the branch that bears the flowers, and that all the flowers have died, this is natural - flowers on plants always die after awhile. Just give the plant enough light and water it correctly, and it will flower again in about a year. If you mean the leaves are all dried, that means the plant is dead.     Since you live in zone 9, they should be hardy where you are and would not need to come in for the winter. If you have concerns that there may be a frost that would damage them, then the temperature in your home, even without extra heat, should be fine for them to survive in.
