This article will help determine if your plant is alive or not: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/how-to-tell-if-a-plant-is-dead-and-how-to-recover-an-almost-dead-plant.htm
I'm not sure what your question refers to. If you mean the branch that bears the flowers, and that all the flowers have died, this is natural - flowers on plants always die after awhile. Just give the plant enough light and water it correctly, and it will flower again in about a year. If you mean the leaves are all dried, that means the plant is dead. In either case, get some information on orchid care and keep trying. You can get info at https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/indoor/indoor-orchid-care.htm
