You'd really need to provide more information on your orchid in order to properly answer your question, but here is something from Orchids.com that could help you start figuring out what is happening: The answer to this question depends upon which leaves are involved. Yellowing of old leaves on backbulbs is a normal part of the aging process. Therefore, this should not be of concern.
However, yellowing of newer leaves is a sign of trouble. Orchids with yellow leaves are an indication that the plant is suffering from either too much light or insufficient feeding. Increase the shading and apply orchid nutrients as directed. Other causes of yellowing include loss of roots and stress due to low temperatures. http://www.orchids.com/Orchids-FAQ-W2.aspx#yellowingLeaves
I have an indoor orchid. It's in a very small pot that it came in. Last spring it bloomed and bloomed. I was so excited, but when the blooms finally fell off, it didn't bloom any more. It then began growing these long root like legs coming out of the pot. I am going to repot it. Do I cut them off? They won't fit into a normal pot, as the root legs are about 4-5 inches long. Help please. I don't want to lose my orchid.

My orchid has 3 new budding stems. As the buds get ready to bloom, they turn brown and drop off. What's going on and what should I do?
This can be due to temperature changes or temperature ranges too cold or too warm.
Day time temps should be between 65 to 80 degrees F, Night temps 60 to 70 degrees F. Never let the temperatures fall below 50 degrees F.
Ethylene gas can cause bud drop. Make sure the orchid is at least 10 feet away from ripening fruit.
Watering issues can also cause buds to turn brown and drop. Too much or too little will cause bud blast.
