I would be grateful for some advice on the attached. The plant flowered well in this position last year but does not seem to have thrived through to this year. Any help would be gratefully received.
It may need to go up a size in the pot. Did you fertilize this year? Here are more cultural needs to can check against:

Jasmine Plant Problem 1. Young new leaves growing light green past 3 months. Veins are green 2. Buds maturing to flower and dropping before flowering. I checked there is no fungus Or pest attack on the plant or around buds. 3. Watering - regularly. Neither excess nor less 4. Temp - 26 to 35 celcius 5. Sunlight - Morning 6 hrs and then bright shade of sunlight 6. Medium - Sandy very well drained with regular fertilizer
This can be a sign of a few things.
Calcium deficiency comes to mind. Nitrogen deficiency, soil pH imbalances, and overwatering can cause this, as well.
Generally, soil nutrient and pH tests will confirm or rule out those possibilities.
I cannot see the state of the soil from the picture, so I cannot rule out overwatering. The soil must dry out COMPLETELY down to at least 2 or 3 inches so that the roots do not suffocate, which can appear as deficiency.
I would recommend testing your soil for pH swings and deficiencies to rule out those possibilities, first.
If you can rule out those issues, then make sure that you test soil moisture until you are familiar with how the soil should look and feel between waterins.

Ok. Noted.
Can I change the medium ?? Coz I v applied the small doze of Nitrogen and micronutrients for this. Ph not yet checked. Matured buds r also falling
No just same question please
That soil seems very moist. If that container does not allow for all extra moisture or rain to drain out, then this will be the cause. At this point, cutting back all dead growth and treating with a fungicide can help some, but it will not rid the issue. Once the soil drainage issue has been corrected, then you can go about treating with a fungicide. S.Florida: It seems to be growing, but one stem has shot up the trellis while the remainder of the plant is low down. Would cutting the "vine" stem down a bit encourage the rest to start climbing? Photo attached. Thanks for any help!
Yes, since it is not much to cut from the plant it can help to promote growth elsewhere. This article will help you to care for the plant:

Hi, I have an outdoor jasmine plant. It's in a pretty large clay pot but I've recently noticed it's dropping it's leaves. I took out most of the compost & put in fresh but it hasn't helped. It's still getting new growth but once these new leaves have been out for a few weeks, they drop too.
This is downy mildew. This can be quite devastating to your plant if left untreated.

Thank you. I think the problem may also be the amount of rain we've had over the last 2 months. I'll possibly move it to a sunnier position too. Many thanks for your answer.
how can this be treated
This sounds like a phosphorus deficiency. This, or the pH is too low.

My star jasmine was usually very healthy and didn’t need much attention but lately it has lost a LOT of leaves and looks terrible:(
We don't recommend specific product brands, but your local garden nursery people should be able to answer that question. A neem oil treatment definitely helps. It looks like you have aphids at least. You can see the honeydew as well.
