I have a jasmine plant how much water to put in the heat of 42 degree celsius. How much water should I put in my chilli plant the growth is slow?
You will water until some comes out of the drainage holes. Make sure to dump all extra water out to prevent overwatering.
Make sure that the soil dries, thoroughly, down to about 2 or 3 inches between watering.
Here is an article that will help you to determine soil moisture:

It is worth noting that only 1 pepper will grow in that container. There is going to be some careful work ahead of you, here.
You will need to thin out all but 1 pepper seedling. DO NOT pull them out. Snip them at the base. Pulling them out will disturb the roots of the one that you want to keep, and likely kill it. In the future, it is best to, only, plant one or 2 seeds and keep the strongest one to avoid having to do this tedious task.
Hi, I found only one article about night blooming jasmine below. It does not have information regarding how often to feed the night blooming jasmine and how and how often to prune it. Do you have more information regarding these? Thanks https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/jessamine-plants/night-blooming-jasmine-care.htm

While we were away on vaca, an adjacent neighbor who knew nothing about confederate jasmine hired a landscape company to cut back what he thought was just a hedge. It was growing thick, entirely covering a 100 ft backyard 6-ft privacy fence with 2-ft of lattice above the fence. About 50% of the vine leaves have died, and several of the lattice and fence panels need replacing anyway, so I must fix the fence and lattice. We LOVE this jasmine and it creates significant privacy between this neighbor and us. So must I start over with new jasmine plants after fixing the fence/lattice, or can I cut the jasmine plants back to, say, 3 feet tall (leaving pencil-to-pinky-finger-diameter branches) and expect them to regenerate leaves and flowers, like azaleas would?
They should be fine. Here are a couple articles that will help:

Hello, I love your website, it's always so informative. I have a J Polyanthum plant in my living room in a south facing window since April. It's grown from a tiny plant to a large tangly plant all the way through my window shades to the top of the window so my shades are now covered in plant, which I like. I want to make sure it blooms for the spring and your articles mention that they grow the buds now, during Fall. Any tips aside from leaving the window open so it gets cool to help the buds to grow? Really appreciate any insight you can provide. Thank you Laiby
If you fertilized it during the growing season and it receives ample light, it should bloom. Plus the cooler temperatures as you mentioned. If you think it may not be getting enough light, consider adding a grow light.

Looking for an outdoor Jasmine safe for cats. Read that True Jasmines are safe but confused there seem to be so many. Ideally to grow a hedge. Help. Found Jasmine Sambac but may need a tropical location here can be very dry and hot in Summer cold in Winter. Thanks Cheryl
Your weather seems to stay above freezing so a jasmine shrub should work. You would need to irrigate during dry periods. Here are some shrub varieties and Sambac is one of them.

Common jasmine or poet's jasmine (Jasminum officinale) is often considered the most fragrant.
