What is the best brand of Neem oil I can buy

My star jasmine was usually very healthy and didn’t need much attention but lately it has lost a LOT of leaves and looks terrible:(

We don't recommend specific product brands, but your local garden nursery people should be able to answer that question. A neem oil treatment definitely helps. It looks like you have aphids at least. You can see the honeydew as well.
