Q.Jasmine Dropping Leaves

Zone Southport, UK | mia100max added on July 29, 2020 | Answered

Hi, I have an outdoor jasmine plant. It’s in a pretty large clay pot but I’ve recently noticed it’s dropping it’s leaves. I took out most of the compost & put in fresh but it hasn’t helped. It’s still getting new growth but once these new leaves have been out for a few weeks, they drop too.

This is downy mildew. This can be quite devastating to your plant if left untreated.

Thank you. I think the problem may also be the amount of rain we've had over the last 2 months. I'll possibly move it to a sunnier position too. Many thanks for your answer.
