I’ve had my bonsai jade plant since the end of February and I’ve been watering it every 3-5 weeks, now that it’s spring I water it every week or 2 weeks or whenever it’s dry, but recently I’ve noticed that my jade’s leaves are no longer plump and I can never tell if it’s dying or just adjusting. I fertilized it this month, and I’m hoping it gets better soon.
Our experts say jade plants do best in daytime temperatures of 65-75 F. (18-24 C.) during the day and 50-55 F. (10-13 C.) at night. I have to assume this is true for one that's in a bonsai situation, as well. You should only fertilize it about once every six months, and make sure the soil is not dry when you apply fertilizer.

te a full day of brightness and sun. How long will it survive without water?
Since the plant is able to store water in the thick leaves, I would say it has a few weeks that it will be ok. Even after it is shriveled, there is still the chance to revive it once more favorable conditions return for the plant.
This article will give you some tips to give it proper care once you return:

My Jade plant was dying I try to revive it by replanting and remove those part of the branch Wich is become dry and the healthy body of the branch was slowly become dry.. even I replant it olmost 3weeks
Replanting during times of stress, without curing the issue at hand can result in the plant's death.
You will have to let it recover after treating with a fungicide, and make sure not to overwater. This is what likely caused the issue in the first place, as these can suffer pretty badly when overwatered. Their succulent leaves are designed to hold water, so you want the soil to dry out down to 2 or 3 inches between watering. This does not count the rocks on top, so make sure to test the soil.

This jade plant is 25 year's old or more. Means a lot to me. I have trimmed pieces off of it, transplanted a few times but never pruned. It has a healthy trunk/stem but leaves are only at top. I am afraid to prune because I don’t want it to die. Help!! Would love for it to be shorter and have a fuller lead coverage.

I repotted my jade plant I’ve had for years a couple of months ago, from a 9” ceramic pot to a 13” terra cotta pot. I put little rocks at the bottom for drainage and used a succulent potting soil mix. Now half of the leaves seem shriveled and turning brown. Could this be root rot? Did I move it to too big of a pot? (I wanted it to grow bigger.) Any tips would be appreciated! It was doing so well for years I’d hate to lose it now.
It is, probably, just a little too big. Usually, with a little extra care, this can work out just fine.
Just make sure that you water, only, when it is completely dry down to about 2 inches. If there is any moisture at all, then hold off on watering.
Make sure that when you do water you let all extra water to drain off. Sitting water will cause infection.

My jade tree is dying, the leaves are shriveled and the trunk is soft. Please help! I bought a tonic from a local nursery but it doesn’t seem to be helping. What am I doing wrong?
The symptoms of overwatering and underwatering are similar so you have to assess how you've been watering. Do you allow the soil to dry out between waterings? If so, that is good. If the soil is saturated you've probably been overwatering and the roots may be rotting. If you think it's been overwatered and root rot is setting in, you can carefully repot the plant in a clean container with fresh soil. Wait a few days before watering. I would also try rooting a small piece if you can find some healthy tissue, in case the plant succumbs. Since the plan's leaves are wrinked, you may think it us underwatered but more likely it's overwatered and the damaged roots can take up enough moisture and nutrients.

I recently purchased a Gollum Jade "tree" style plant and the leaves are very light green. I know that the leaves can lighten when the plant is grown in direct sun, or perhaps the leaves look dull because of shipping. I am planning on growing this plant indoors in bright indirect light. I am wondering if there is a way to achieve the darker, deep green glossy color again.
Unfortunately, your photo did not come through.
Likely, it is due to lack of light from transport. Once it receives proper care, it will return to a healthy state.
