It is in a container and a tree form.
Without seeing the damage, I can take a few guesses and offer insight as to what it could, possibly, be.
Usual suspects include overwatering, nutrient deficiencies of nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, or iron, depending on where the yellowing is occurring. Other problems could be pH issues, or infections.
Depending on the exact issue, you will either treat for fungal infection, or give it a boost of nutrients by adding an all purpose fertilizer. Restorative pruning may, also, be necessary.

I received the plant for mother's day this year and live in Michigan. It's still flowering and the leaves are still green but falling off. How do I stop it?
This plant generally resists a lot of diseases. It can, however, be infested by pests such as scales, mealy bugs, and nematodes.
In case of a scale infestation, use a horticultural oil to spray the plant with. Mealy bugs are easy to spot, thanks to the cottony masses they grow as, and can easily be gotten rid of by spraying the plant with water from a gardening hose.
Review the care below.

green and some are falling off! The third one ( in photo) is the best looking one.
It may be a watering issue, either too much or not enough. The soil should be kept moist but must drain well. A slow release fertilizer will keep it flowering till frost.

I have Duranta - Sheenas Gold planted. Its about 12 months old but it's not thickening out properly. I don't know why.
Usually, this will be due to low organic matter in soil. Clay soils, or otherwise hard or compacted, slow draining soils will be to blame for slow growth.
These plants require very rich soil amended with organic matter to flourish.

My golden dew drop/white sky Duranta is dropping all its leaves. I live in Southern California, we have had a very wet winter, but the leaves on this plant started turning yellow and dropping at a very quick rate in the fall. I have one in the ground and one in a pot and both plants are doing the same thing. They were doing so well when I planted them last summer, full of green and flowers. Now the look like sticks.
It's possible they suffered a fungal infection after all the rain. Be sure to pick up and destroy all the leaves that fell. Did you notice if they had spots on the leaves before they fell? Did you use a balanced fertilizer (10-10-10) four times during the growing season?
I would also check the drainage. It's also possible with all the rain that poor drainage caused some root rot.
Going forward, fertilize regularly, check drainage, and water only when dry.
We just bought a house and it has this vine like tree growing? It’s starting to die! I have no idea how to take care of it! Please help.
It appears that it could be a Duranta, but I can't quite make out any details of the leaves or flowers.

The different branches grow right out of main trunk. The leaves appear to be different and there are no flowers on these branches. They have grown at least a foot or more from main trunk. All 5 shrubs were bought at home depot and are exhibiting same problem. Do I prune these off from main trunk or leave them alone?
