Garden soil tested 'ok'. Cucumbers, squash etc. had blossoms but either they fall off or they do no bear. We were told to use Organic Mushroom Compost to solve our problem. With a lot of salt in the above, should we mix either potting soil or manure with the Mushroom Compost? Do you feel the Organic Mushroom Compost is the answer?
No, I don't think it will. This is typical behavior for curbit plants (squash, cucumber, melon). They will produce mostly male (non-fruiting) blossoms early in the season and will gradually start to produce more female blossoms as the season progresses. Give it some time and you will see it start fruiting. Here is how to tell a male from a female blossom:

If you are seeing fruit but they are falling off, it is a pollination issue and these article will help:

We live in southwest Florida and have been planting pot gardens for a few years now. . . have had problems with cucumbers lately. They grew very well at first, clinging to the wood lattice wall, growing very tall, had a lot of yellow flowers and some little cucumbers were starting to sprout, but now they don't look so good. The tall part of the vine is starting to wither and die. Plus, there is a lot of leaf blight and some, what looks like white fluffy covering on parts of the plant where the flowers' buds bloom. What could be causing this situation with our cucumber plants, and what can we do to prevent the others from succumbing to this not-so-good fate?
The white fluffy stuff sounds like powdery mildew. This artilce should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/powdery-mildew-homemade-and-organic-remedies.htm
Neem oil may also help with this issue, especially if you notice any bugs that may be present as well. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
I have lots and lots of blooms on my cucumbers but they don't make cucumbers. My squash only has male flowers. I have two squash plants and four cucumbers. They are in 5-gallon buckets because our water is scarce. However, I do water often. Our elevation is almost 8, 000 feet.
There is no sure fire way to make a curbit produce more female flowers, but one method that is rumored to work is to remove the male flowers. This causes the plant to produce more flowers and hopefully, more of those will be female.

My cucumber leaves have white stuff on them. What is the white stuff and what can I do about it?
It sounds like it is powdery mildew. This article should help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/powdery-mildew-homemade-and-organic-remedies.htm
From the looks of our cucumber plants and doing some searching online, we may have bacterial wilt. My question is, are the cucumbers that we get off the plants still good to eat? Could they make us sick? We are still getting some nice looking ones, but not sure if they are to be consumed or not. This is our very first attempt at doing a garden and we are not knowlegable on the subject.
Yes, they are still good to eat. The wilt will not hurt people if the cucumber fruit is eaten.
I am a first time gardener. My zucchini plants have beautiful big leaves and lots of blossoms, but the zucchini stop growing after getting 3 inches long and there are white spots all over the leaves. My cucumber plants have lots of blossoms too, but again white spots are starting to cover the leaves. Please help!!
The small zucchini sounds like a pollination problem. These articles will help:

The white spots are powdery mildew. This article will help:

I am growing cucumbers upside down. The plant is strong and I got quite a few flowers, but now the flowers are all dried up, except for a few and no fruit. What am I doing wrong? I water it twice a day.
It sounds as though you may have a pollination problem. Is there anything that may prevent pollinators, like bees and bugs from getting to the cucumbers? Do you use insecticides or are the cucumbers in an enclosed space? You may need to hand pollinate. Hand pollinating cucumbers is similar to hand pollinating squash, so this article will help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/squash/pollinate-squash-by-hand.htm
