Mine, besides the seed leaves, has 2 true leaves with another one growing.
Cucumber plants do not produce fruit until at least a month to month and a half into their growing cycle. Yours are still too young.

I have some pumpkins that are green with orange on the side that was in the dirt, that someone told me have cross pollinated with the cucumber plant that was planted too close. . . . Could this be?
No. It is not possible. Squash and cucumbers are in two different families. It would be like a cat and a dog producing offspring. It just can't happen. This article will explain more: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/squash/can-squash-cross-pollinate-with-cucumbers.htm
What is a typical watering amount/schedule for pickle plants? I am on my second attempt at growing pickles (Boston cucs), and I think I might have over watered my plants. . . again. But I really want to make sure I am not under-watering as well, any help or direction is very much appreciated. Thank you.
Generally, your plants need about 2-4 inches of water a week. Also, it is better to have 1-2 long waterings per week than watering everyday for a short period. Long waterings encourage deeper roots and healthier plants.
Can cucumbers or squash be grown upside down?
Yes, you would plant them like you would tomato plants, so only one (maybe 2) seedlings per planter.
I live in PEI - Canada. I have a geenhouse that temperatures reach 35 during the day but go to around 0 at night. The soil is warm, around 70 all the time. Wondering when I can put my cucumber and tomato plants in the ground.
You want to plant when the night air temps are above 50F (10C) consistently. It sounds like you are close to that, so you might be ok with some improvised cloches (made with milk jugs or soda bottles) to help keep the warmer air around the seedlings at night.
My flowers that I plant don't die but they don't really grow either. What am I doing wrong? Also, I plant Burpless cucumbers and they grow ok, but the blossoms or even the little cukes wither and fall off. I might get a cucumber and then the plants die. Help please.
It is a pollination problem. When the flowers are not pollinated, the plant "aborts" the fruit because it will not make seeds. These articles will help:
