My bottlebrush shrub in my garden is lovely but recently the leaves have gotten brown/white specked marks on them, what could be wrong, I am afraid I am losing it, as the red brush has gone darker and some falling off. Help please Thank you

I transplanted a Bottlebrush bush a couple of weeks ago. Leaves started to curl and loose green color and some leaves fell off. There are still a few green leaves. How will I know when it is dead?
You can perform the "scratch test" which will allow you know if the tree is alive or dead. This article will help:

Transplant shock is common when planting in the heat. These will need to be planted in Spring or Autumn to avoid this. The problem comes when attempting to compensate for the heat. A shade cloth can help protect from some of the heat, instead of watering. Watering needs to be done as the soil dries completely down to about 3 inches or so, while it is establishing. A meter may be needed. This article will help:

A couple of years ago, there was a hard freeze and some of the branches died. I trimmed those off but they haven't regrown. I'm wondering if cutting the thicker branches (like pruning a crape myrtle) will stimulate regrowth. Please advise.
I would try rejuvenation pruning. This article tells you how.

I usually prune after my bottlebrush flowers but I am scared of a frost or the next flowers what should I do?
I would leave them. Pruning this late in the year will, likely, lead to some damage.

Thank you, I am glad you agree only the article says after the flowers fade. I might prune in the Spring but I agree now I think a frost will kill it. Or at least cause some damage.
Will it flower as well if I don't remove the flowers? What is best for the health of the bottlebrush re this. Remove the faded flowers or leave alone?
When all the blooms fade, you can prune the tree for optimum health and blooming.

y cold for several days. Tree looks dry! What do I do now? Trim, fertilize ? Is it dead? Any advise would be welcome
I wouldn't trim, quite, yet. When you do, it will be very sparing. Waiting until it recovers will be the best option, though feeding wouldn't hurt. Just feed at your normal schedule, though. Don't go out of your way to feed it extra.

My bottle brush shrub got waterlogged over winter. I have moved it now to a larger pot but it dose t look healthy. What can I do to help it recover? Or will it recover?
You did the right thing to repot it in fresh soil. That should help if it has root rot, which is very serious and it may not recover.
