This does not appear to be anything of concern. If you would like to transplant those plants at the bottom into their own pots, that would multiply your plants. otherwise you may leave them to grow.

We do not sell plants on this web site; we are an information site.
Try doing a Google search for the plants or even check EBay and Etsy.

If mine, I would prune off the fading tip and leave the green tip and the lower one. If the stem continues to brown and dry, I would cut it back to just above the lower green lateral sprout.

Or the more radical option is, you can prune it down to the lower sprout now.

You can shape the tops down, but that leaves a stubby, flat-topped look.
I prefer to achieve reduction of height and thinning at the same time, by pruning out the tallest canes all the way to the base, leaving the shorter ones.

Bamboo grasses are extremely difficult to control. You will have to manually dig them out by hand or machine, and then apply boiling water to as much of the area as possible. Even then you will still be pulling them up every time you see new growth

All bamboo, with the exception of some of the dwarf varieties will grow to that height, and far exceed that. You will be safest to make sure that what you choose is not a dwarf, but that is all that you would have to make sure of.
