What is this growing from the shoot of my bamboo leave

Please see the photo attached. What is this growing from the leave.There are also new stalks growing from the bottom of the plant and directly below the old ones. do I have to do anything?

This does not appear to be anything of concern. If you would like to transplant those plants at the bottom into their own pots, that would multiply your plants. otherwise you may leave them to grow.
