Do I need certain soil or fertilizer for my yucca plant? I have had it for years and it doesn't seem to grow tall. I have had a cutting from it, which was doing alright but now all its leaves have turned brownish and drooped. I have another outside my back door, which I can separate but am afraid the same thing may happen.

My friend planted a variegated yucca plant in my yard as a surprise last summer. It looks dead this spring. How do I care for it this spring?

How can I permanently kill a yucca plant growing outside? I live in the Midwest U. S. I hate the way it looks and it's overcrowding its space.
To kill it, cut it down as close to the ground as possible and then paint the fresh cut with concentrated Round-up. Keep an eye on it and if you see any shoots, you can repeat this process.
How often do I water a newly propagated Yucca?
If it is rooted, you can water when the top inch of the soil is dry. If it is not rooted, place it in a well draining rooting medium and water frequently.
My outdoor yuccas have yellow spots on the lower leaves, which then turn tan to brown. When I remove those leaves, red jelly-like ooze is where the leaf was on the bark. Is it a disease, and if so, what do I do?
It sounds like it may have root rot. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/treating-root-rot-gardening-tips-for-housplants.htm
I have an established Yucca and it has not flowered for two summers. The plant is spreading, so it is alive. Is there any way I can make it flower?
You don't encourage yucca to bloom. They only bloom when they're ready to. If the yucca is planted in the ground, it's more likely to bloom than container-grown plants kept indoors. However, it will still be awhile before it is mature enough to produce blooms. In fact, with some yuccas, it can take years before you see any blooms. My advice...be patient.
Do I need to do anything? I pruned my yucca plant 1. 5 years ago in the fall. It is an outside plant and it didn't flower last year; however, it multiplied like crazy. This year it looks very sad and droopy. . . Will it flower again?
Yuccas are fickle with their blooming, especially if they are young. They may skip a year or two in between blooming as blooming can take a significant amount of energy out of the plant. I would give it some fertilizer to help it bring back its energy reserves and be patient.
