I have a Naomi Campbell Weigela, but don't know the flower colour or the size. Also is it best in full-sun or shade. thank-you
My research says this variety produces green foliage with shades of purple, and produces pink flowers in late spring/early summer. The plant will stay compact, rounded and short. Here's an article on how to care for it: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/weigela/growing-weigela.htm
No. Pruning is best done immediately after flowering since it blooms on old wood. Little pruning is needed.

I planted a sonic bloom weigela this spring. The leaves started to get brown spots on them. I sprayed a fungal spray on it thinking it was a fungus. Now most of my leaves are brown. Are they supposed to turn brown in the fall? New to all of this have no idea what I’m doing so any information would be helpful. Thanks
Yes, the weigela is deciduous and naturally loses its leaves in the fall. You may want to protect your leafless shrub this winter. This article has some ideas for that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/environmental/wrapping-plants-in-burlap.htm

I have an old Weigela that is growing at about a 45 degree angle. I would like to relocate it and try to plant a bit more upright. When/should I do this?

I live in zone 6, purchased a proven winner weigela last week while it’s in dormancy, it looks dead, no new growth. It’s April 28 2020.
It should have started leafing out by now. I would take it back to the store where you bought it for a replacement.
I have 3 weigelas in the front of my house. It looks as if they froze this spring. Most of the wood has no leaves. Please advise of if I should prune the dead wood out or replace the shrubs.
Pruning out the dead wood is a definite yes. It may come back from the roots. Here are two articles that should help:

Old Weigela bush ok for years but this year looks very woody all over but has small leaves and covered in buds which are not opening and you can see the tips of the stamens protruding from buds.
It is best to remove woody stems each year. If they are all woody, you can do a rejuvenation pruning. Here is how:
