Q.When Do Weigelas Start To Get New Growth
I live in zone 6, purchased a proven winner weigela last week while it’s in dormancy, it looks dead, no new growth. It’s April 28 2020.

It should have started leafing out by now. I would take it back to the store where you bought it for a replacement.
