Should you use pruning tar on a grafted weeping cherry tree? I have a wct that has bolted up three feet. I am aware not to prune until the Fall when the leaves are gone. Your help is appreciated.
Most wounds on bark should be left to heal on there own.

I recently bought a young weeping cherry tree, most likely grafted near the top (~3.5 ft). There are two branches growing out of the trunk that don't match those of the weeping branches. I don't know what tree the trunk is, but are those branches from the type of tree that they're growing from?
Anything growing from below the graft line is the graft stock growth. These should be pruned from the tree as soon as they appear to keep from root stock take over.

Pruning should only be done when the tree early spring or late fall, when the tree is dormant.

It's August 1st and our tree has leaves turning yellow. And dropping off Is this normal?
Yellowing leaves can indicate a watering issue; too much or too little.
It also can be caused by pests or disease.
Check the soil moisture levels. Inspect the leaves and branches and trunk for signs of disease or pests.

My weeping cherry has developed branches coming from the trunk, so many that you can see the wood. What should I do?
This sounds like a "snarl," which weeping cherries are prone to developing. They require careful pruning. These articles should help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/weeping-cherry/pruning-weeping-cherry.htm

All of the sudden, most of the leaves have turned yellow. What should I do?
Any plant can lose some yellow leaves at any time. One thing is to look at the leaves -- is it the older ones turning yellow, or newer ones? Do they have any spots or discolorations on them? are there any insects or deformities? Also, examine the soil moisture, especially close to the root line, as explained in this article: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/testing-moisture-in-plants.htm

My tree is out of control!! There are a lot of thick mains that are poking out the sides and the tree looks goofy. If I prune those mains, won't I have to cut close to the trunk? If I remove them it shouldn't create any bare spots as the tree is mucho fullo! Any help is appreciated
Improper pruning is the likely cause of this issue.
