This fall I replanted my large tulip garden and they have begun to come up, only to find a few days later, the green leaves have all been chewed off. How do I keep rabbits or whatever is eating my plants, away?

Why are my parrot tulips growing and blooming straight at ground level instead of developing a stem?
This can, sometimes, be attributed to a soil fertility issue. Make sure to test your soil before feeding, and feed tulips often. Here are some articles that will help:

Hi, I did tulips for the first time this year. The orange/yellow, pink and purple ones are doing well but the white and yellow ones have not blossomed yet. I see a few heads peeking up but can't help but wonder if the other ones will be past their prime by the time these bloom. They are all planted in the same place and I made sure that they were planted deeply enough so I don't think that's it. As an aside, I have also noticed that the hyacinth I put in 2 seasons ago has a similar issue. The white blooms first, followed by the pink and purple. I have no way of knowing what type of tulips these are other than they came from a local garden center and they are small, not "emperor" style. I cannot upload photos at this time but I do appreciate your time. Thanks for your help!
I didn't find anything that said tulip color affected bloom time. Besides the variety and whether it blooms early, mid or late, bloom time is affected by weather, sunlight, and soil conditions.
I deadheaded them after flowering a few weeks ago and now they are flowering again. I’ve never known this before. Is it unusual or do some varieties do this. I can’t remember the variety.
I have never heard of tulips reblooming the same year. Could they have been Woodland tulips or anemones? Anemones resemble tulips and continue to bloom.

Last spring my tulips were eaten by deer, Didn't get my fence up in time, this I have leaves but no stems or blossoms. Did getting damage last spring affect my tulips now and will they rcover next year.
Tulips have a hard time recovering when the growth time gets cut short for the year. There are a few things that you can do to help it along, but it these actions fail to produce positive results- You may be left replanting.
Here is an article of things that you can try, first, before resorting to putting in fresh bulbs:

I purchased some tulips bulbs suspended in water that are now done blooming. What do I do with the bulbs now? Put them in soil? Let them dry out?
Forced tulip bulbs don't generally return again. So you can discard them. If you want to try anyway, go ahead and plant them in the soil outside in a sunny area.
Specifically the white Bouquette variety?
We aren't involved in the retail end of gardening. I would suggest searching reputable bulb nurseries on the Internet.
