Q.Tulips Not Blooming This Spring

Last spring my tulips were eaten by deer, Didn’t get my fence up in time, this I have leaves but no stems or blossoms. Did getting damage last spring affect my tulips now and will they rcover next year.

Tulips have a hard time recovering when the growth time gets cut short for the year. There are a few things that you can do to help it along, but it these actions fail to produce positive results- You may be left replanting.
