Have tomato plant leaves turning yellow and green leaves have black spots on them. We have some fruit but the other flowers are just falling off, not fruiting.

Why do some of my tomato plants have small tomatoes growing from their blossoms but other plants' blossoms seem to just fall off with no fruit developing? Thanks for your help!
It's likely a pollination issue that should right itself. If not, you can try hand pollinating the troubled plants. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/tomato/pollinate-tomatoes.htm
Due to excessive rainfall, my tomatoes have overgrown my stakes and are still producing. How do I try to keep plants from breaking?
I have had luck adding a sturdy stake along side the cages and tying the cages to the stakes.
Sometimes a heavy branch will bend and continue to grow just fine. If the plants are so heavy with unripened tomatoes you can pick the larger ones and allow to ripen off the vine.

I planted 3 tomato plants approximately late May to early June. Two have tomatoes on (1 on each) but the one does not have anything yet. The plant itself appears very healthy and rich and my husband wants me to relocate it. I say give it a little more time.
You may have to much Nitrogen in the soil.
You can use Bone Meal to raise the Phosphorous in the soil.
Here are a few links for you.

I'm a beginner. Never thought I would get so into it. Love it. Read that I should be mulching. Are there other vegetables besides tomatoes I should be mulching? I have been growing lettuce, peas, green beans, peppers and cucumbers. I also see that I can use recycled newspaper as a mulch but what should I put on top of the newspapers? Should I buy organic compost? Lawn clippings? Finally, is it too late to mulch - I live near NY City. Thanks!!
All vegetables will benefit from the addition of mulch in the garden. Good options for mulch in the veggie garden include shredded bark or straw. Here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/whats-the-best-mulch-for-my-garden.htm
I have an Earth Box and could not find this on their website. When I water some of my smaller tomato plants, I smell an odor that is similar to a pond of stagnant water. The boxes sit on the southern part of my yard that gets plenty of sunshine all day. I flush out the reservoir whenever I water but wonder if the fruit produced by these plants will be okay to consume.
I would check the drainage to ensure that it is not clogged or draining poorly and making the soil too wet. As for the fruit, they should still be fine to eat.
