Purchased some strawberry plants from Walmart that were stored in plastic bags. Laid them out in water to bring them back to life. How long does it take for them to "liven" up? Was putting them in water wrong?
You can soak the bare roots for about an hour is you want. Any longer can be harmful to the roots.

Should I cut off all of the strawberry leaves before I put straw mulch over them for the winter? Or just leave the leaves alone?
No, don't remove the leaves. Strawberries don't need to be cut back before winter. An old strawberry bed should be renovated in summer just after the berry harvest, which involves removing most of the leaves, but that shouldn't be done in fall:

Are the berries edible?
No, unfortunately the berries are not edible. Just beautiful!
Can I transplant in the fall before winter?
Yes, fall is a good time to transplant established strawberry plants along with the soil surrounding their roots. Bare root plants should be planted in the spring.
I planted strawberries in a raised bed a couple of years ago. The plants are big and healthy, but there aren't very many berries, and the berries that are there are small, more the size of blueberries! Any thoughts on what my problem is and what can be done to fix it? Thanks for your help!!
A few things to look at are light levels, soil fertility, watering, climate, and pests. Make sure your plants aren't receiving too much nitrogen fertilizer during flowering and fruiting, which can inhibit fruit production, and make sure they have enough phosphorus, which is needed for fruit production. I have been told, use coffee grounds around strawberry plant make them healthy and produce better crop, is this true? Thanks in advance for your help.
Though you can use coffee grounds as a fertilizer, the effects may take some time. It doe however work well as a soil additive.
Recommended fertilizer application for Strawberries is a balanced fertilizer, 10-10-10. Bone Meal or Blood Meal also are good organic sources of Nitrogen for your plants.
