I am looking for a flowering ground cover that blooms in the spring and keeps blooming almost into the fall is there any plant that is close to this
Add trailing lantana to the list of possibilities. It is an annual north of zone 9, I believe.
You can grow plants along the ground that are usually run up a trellis. Trailing nasturtium is an annual that fills in an area nicely and has edible leaves and flowers. Cardinal vine, even bougainvillea can be allowed to ramble along the ground. A climbing rose can be pegged to the ground and made to grow horizontally. The problem with all new groundcovers is the need for frequent weeding until the groundcover is dense enough to suppress weed germination.
Need small shade tree for west side of house with fragrant bloom
It is difficult to make recommendations without knowing your growing zone or region.
You can visit local garden centers for trees available in your zone.
Look around your neighborhood for ideas in trees that are growing and catch your eye.
Call your local County Extension Office for a list of recommended trees for your zone.

Looking for a good foundation plant with color that will grow no higher than 3 feet and is easy to maintain as I am older.
Can you include you USDA zone? This will help me to recommend plants that will be suitable for your area. Also, is the area full sun, shade? Any other information about where you intend to plant will help me to give you better guidance on what to plant.
I am interested in landscaping my driveway that must be maintenance free. The driveway is shady on both sides and plan to have it re-mulched June 1, 2018. I think I need annuals that will look pretty until fall. Then a colorful perennial ground cover to be started in the fall. Please anything you can do to help me make it look pretty.
This will depend on your climate zone. If you can include this information, then I will be able to give you the best choices suited for your environment.
We live in Midlothian, VA or 23112 thanks.

Visit your local garden centers and greenhouse for plants specific to your region.
I have about 2000 sf of highly (80%) shaded area on a gentle slope. I just want it covered with anything that will help prevent erosion. Best if it is something rabbits don't like to eat. What do you suggest
Finding something that rabbits won't eat will be difficult. The best method will be to find something that spreads so quickly that their eating will not bother the plants. I will need to know your USDA zone to better give you a recommendation of the plants that you can use.
In the meantime, here is an article that will give you examples of general groundcover that will do well in shade: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/shade/ground-covers-for-shade.htm
We have a stream running through our garden - with steep bank sides in places that are eroding. I wish to have some recommendations of plants with good root systems that can survive the occasional flooding. Sheep are also present grazing towards the top edge of the banks so the plants too would need to be 'sheep friendly'! Many thanks.
