After I harvested peaches, the leaves in my tree started turning yellow and falling off. The tree is less than a year old. Climate here has been extremely hot (99+ F) during the day. I have been watering it every other day. Could you tell me what I can do? I don't want the tree to die.
This sounds like a combination of problems, the high heat is causing a lot of stress to the tree, which is probably one of the reasons it's dropping leaves. When you water a peach tree, try to water deeply once a week. Don't try to add fertilizer when it is doing this.
Here are a couple of articles that may be of help to you:

My peach tree bears fruit that stays green but is ripe inside. They have black spots. The ground looks wet around the tree and and we live in mid Florida. Could it have an underground stream too near it?
This article may be of help:

And I also suggest you contact your local extension office (found under gov't in the phone book) they should be able to advise you on your possible stream problem and help come up with some solutions to your problems.
I have a peach tree that has grown in my backyard for the last 4 years. It bears only small little peaches. Recently, it has been losing leaves off the branches. They are turning yellow, then dropping off. There are several branches that are now bare. Is this a disease or fungus? I live near Houston, TX so it is hot but we have had a lot of rain for July this year. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You didn't mention the variety of peach you are growing, but some varieties require more even more time to produce abundant crops. You might also check with your local extension office (found under gov't in the phone book) for additional help and advise on how to get the best from your tree

I received some peaches from NC and/or SC, and they were delicious. Would they grow in MS?
Yes, given the right conditions, they will likely grow. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/peach/planting-peach-seeds.htm
I'm in Atlanta, Ga. and I wanted to know when is the best time to trim the trees. And also, I didn't get to enjoy one peach because those darn squirrels got to them first and only ate half of them. What can I do? One more question, my trees are only getting about 4 hrs. of sunlight. Is that good enough?
Peaches like full sun. For this and other info, refer to this link:
