Best Time to Trim Peach Trees

Question

I’m in Atlanta, Ga. and I wanted to know when is the best time to trim the trees. And also, I didn’t get to enjoy one peach because those darn squirrels got to them first and only ate half of them. What can I do? One more question, my trees are only getting about 4 hrs. of sunlight. Is that good enough?
