Q.Peach Tree Losing Leaves

Anonymous added on July 26, 2011 | Answered

After I harvested peaches, the leaves in my tree started turning yellow and falling off. The tree is less than a year old. Climate here has been extremely hot (99+ F) during the day. I have been watering it every other day. Could you tell me what I can do? I don’t want the tree to die.

This sounds like a combination of problems, the high heat is causing a lot of stress to the tree, which is probably one of the reasons it's dropping leaves. When you water a peach tree, try to water deeply once a week. Don't try to add fertilizer when it is doing this.
