Most of the Palms are dead from hurricane Mathew last oct. in Florida, can i cut all the palms off, they are brown (leave the few, like 2 greenish ones), will the tree survive? Advise, please, thanks Mtondi@aol.com cell #330-524-8102
I would have your Palms inspected by a local Palm expert.
Check with your County Extension Office for a name of a qualified inspector in your area.

My palm tree is dying. There are red bugs on it with a white mildew fungus. Now the leaves are dying? It was once beautiful?
I would treat the Palm with Neem Oil.

The roots of my palm tree are now showing above ground, is this normal? See photo
I'm not sure of the type of Palm Tree that you have, but this link may address some of your concerns.
Have a houseplant Palm, don't know species but it came in a dish garden. Have grown indoors for years but decided to try it outdoors. Fronds turned white. Too much sun obviously but will it adjust to its new environment or die?
Indoor Palms do not like changes in temperature and light conditions.
Moving plants from indoors to spend the warmer months outdoors is best done gradually, called hardening off the plants.
The outdoor sun was too strong for your Palm. Move it to a dappled sunlight location and keep an eye on the watering.
As the Palm grows you should be able to prune out the damaged fronds.

Can you explain how this blossom has appeared on my tree? It has been growing now for about 8 years in my garden in Sale (near Manchester) where the summers are not particularly warm. It certainly has given us a bit of a surprise.
It's normal for palms to eventually flower when they are growing in the right conditions. Great job caring for your palm, it is rewarding you will this beautiful flower :)

My palm tree is starting to fail to grow new fronds The fronds are going brown at the ends Is there any treatment I can use to ensure further growth
First check for any signs of pest and disease like sticky sap on fronds or trunk, borer or chew holes. If none are present try to fertilize it

How do I bring this tree back to life?
From this image it appears very little green left in your palm
Check the soil conditions and for disease or pests.
You may not be able to safe your palm.
