    Your Areca Palm is producing seeds. You can prune these away from your plant.
    I did find some information that these seeds may be toxic, so to be safe I would dispose of them in a safe manner.

    These are the palm flowers. You can remove the stick-like branches (the flower stalks) producing them if you don't like the appearance, or you can leave them on and see what develops.

    It looks like you have sooty mold growing on your plant.

    Likely caused by scale insects.

    Neem Oil is a good treatment for you plant.

    Those yellow, crinkled streaks look like Palm Frizzle Top.

    This is caused by a manganese deficiency. Apply manganese-rich fertilizer and the new growth should come up looking healthy.
