Hi! So I purchased this palm 1 month ago. It is located on a upstairs balcony. I did bring it inside for a few days and forgot to water it. When I put it back outside I noticed the leaves starting to change and also some white stuff on it. I sprayed it down with Neem oil because I thought it might be infested. I’m wondering those fronds will turn back or should I cut them off? And should I spray with Neem oil again soon? I’m a novice plant owner and need all the help I can get, lol. Thanks
They are just getting too much sunlight! These are more suited for a bright, but indirect light. Direct sunlight will cause burning, as you see here.
This article will offer more information on their care:

WE REMOVED THE POSSIBLY INFECTED PLANTS AVER A MONTH AGO. MAY I REPLANT MORE PALMS IN THE ARES WHERE THE INFECTED PLANTS WERE TO FILL IN THOSE AREAS.?
I would not plant more palms in the same place because the pathogens may be in the soil.
