Hi! So I purchased this palm 1 month ago. It is located on a upstairs balcony. I did bring it inside for a few days and forgot to water it. When I put it back outside I noticed the leaves starting to change and also some white stuff on it. I sprayed it down with Neem oil because I thought it might be infested. I’m wondering those fronds will turn back or should I cut them off? And should I spray with Neem oil again soon? I’m a novice plant owner and need all the help I can get, lol. Thanks

Certified ExpertA.They are just getting too much sunlight! These are more suited for a bright, but indirect light. Direct sunlight will cause burning, as you see here.

Certified ExpertA.I would not plant more palms in the same place because the pathogens may be in the soil.
