You will need to remove the basket. You can do so without causing significant damage to the roots. A little damage is actually good for them. This helps them to branch out.

Just squeeze the basket around the whole way until it loosens, and hold the plant between your fingers as you turn the container upside down to get the plant out. You can then pot it up to a larger container.

Let's assume that you fertilize container plants as required, that they get the appropriate amount of sun and that your container has drainage holes. They depend on that since they are not grown in real garden soil. These leaves looks like they are getting old, have done their part and are "senescing". They can be peeled or cut off. The plant as a whole looks healthy. Here is an article on care of pothos: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/pothos/pothos-plant-care.htm

There may be, but we don't have any information or photo yet. Please provide us with a description of the plant and the problems you observe, with photos if possible. We will try to help.

Zone 600026, are you in Chennai India? If so please identify the plant if possible, because it may not be a species that we are familiar with and we may need to look it up. I lived in Tamil Nadu for two years, so I know the harsh hot climate. During the hot dry season you will need to pay particular attention to water management, and possibly need to water every day. Shading may be needed if not a plant that is tolerant of full sun there and 40C degree days. During monsoon season you may need to address draining of excessive and standing water if possible.

It appears to be past the point of no return, with dried, bluish foliage indicating extreme water deficit or other stress disorder.
But if the two single vertical structures that I see on the right side in the photo are terminal buds, green and growing from the center of the top of the stem, then you may be in luck and the plant has hope of recovery. Keep it watered, wait and see.

This, really depends on the specific plants in question. Some plants will tolerate moving, while others will not. It will also depend on what the conditions are of the new locations, opposed to what they are experiencing right now. You will want to mimic the natural condition of each plant for the best results.

The best time to move a plant will also depend on the exact plant that it is. Please provide more information, and I will be more than glad to help.
